Can I bring my dog to the store without an appointment?

For grooming, appointments are required to ensure each pet receives the care and attention they deserve. Walk-ins may be accepted based on availability. Please call or book online to secure a time.

How should I prepare my dog for a grooming session?

We recommend brushing your dog’s coat before their appointment and ensuring they have a calm and comfortable environment. Our staff will handle everything professionally, including sensitive or anxious pets.

Can I host a group grooming event?

Where is my receipt/invoice?

Invoices are emailed to the address you provide when booking online. If you require a printed copy, please request it at the time of your visit.
